Family Lifelines
Assuring children with serious emotional and behavioral issues a chance for success at home, at school and in the community
Family Lifelines is an integrated system of care designed to support children and youth from Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties who suffer from severe emotional and behavioral problems.
The Family Lifelines project began serving youth in July 2008. Services provided include: parenting support and consultation for foster parents and biological parents using the Girls and Boys Town curriculum model; behavior support and school support through the Check and Connect program; and, Family Finders to locate and connect children with lost or absent healthy family members.
Crisis and planned respite care will be provided upon completion of the Rainbow Lodge Respite Home.
