Paragon Homes
Mission: Provide family-like homes for people with developmental disabilities and fragile health. Each person is respected as an individual and valued member of the community.
During this past year, a Quality of Life Survey, a component of our continuous quality improvement program, was completed for each person served in the Paragon program. The surveys proved thought-provoking for our staff and many innovative measures have resulted.
With a goal of providing a “Circle of Support” for each resident, Paragon staff continued to strengthen relationships with extended family members.
We were very fortunate to be able to give our Paragon staff a much-deserved significant compensation increase this year as a result of additional contractual revenues approved by the Oregon Legislature.
