Work Options

Mission: A supported work environment for adults with developmental disabilities, offering them opportunities to participate more fully in community life.

This year, our Work Options program committed to a new goal of increasing opportunities for those served to become employed in non-supported work environments in the community.

We served a variety of people including several through Resource Connections of Oregon (RCO), Partnership in Community Living, residents of private adult foster homes and several Paragon Home residents.

Additionally, we were able to provide more opportunities for our Paragon Home residents to enjoy community activities.
